Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
Box jump, 24 inch box
Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood

teams of 2 responsible for completing the work above, up to each team how to break it up.

Then

4 Relay races
2×200 meters (teams of 2 run 200meters each)  Rest 2 minutes between each race
