Personal Training

We understand that working out with a group can be a great experience for some individuals, but sometimes it’s better to workout with a trainer one-on-one.  There are many reasons to choose one-on-one training.

 One-on-one training is:

  • More efficient: A trainer can move you through a well-balanced workout session faster than a group. Your progress will be faster per time invested in training. If you have only two or three hours a week for fitness, personal training is a great fit for you.
  • Specific to the individual: We can make programs specific to your needs. This will enable you to reach your goal faster. Programs can be for a particular sport, better health or any other specific goal that you want to meet.
  • Motivating; Personal training helps keeps you “on-track”. Consistency is the keystone for progress, and having a trainer to keep you motivated and accountable works!
  • Specific to your special needs, including disabilities: We train many people with disabilities one-on-one and have seen amazing progress in reclaiming mobility, health and independent living.
  • Great for individuals nervous about starting a fitness program: We have helped many individuals without any prior experience begin their fitness journey. Don’t worry, we can help you begin too! 🙂

We offer sessions from 30 to 75 minutes, one, two or three times/week.
