Our CrossFit Kids program is divided into three different groups; Preschool (ages 3-5), Kids (ages 6-10), Teens (ages 11-17).

CrossFit Preschool (not currently offered)

Preschool sessions last approximately 20 minutes (one parent must be in attendance; child must be toilet-trained).

CrossFit Kids (Summer Only)

CrossFit Kids builds on the foundation of FUN introduced in Preschool. The skills addressed are expanded to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational movements. Session times are extended to accommodate the developing abilities of kids from 1st through 3rd grade. The goal of the CrossFit Kids program is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general). Despite the increased physical demands of the class, the focus of the Kids program is still on fun.

Session Times and Fees

Kids classes are held in the summer on Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 to 11am. The fee schedule is listed on our Rates page.

Teen Athletic Development (NEW!)

With safety as our primary focus, our teens program improves athletic performance by helping developing athletes become more durable, conditioned, powerful, and strong. By scaling intensity through speed, volume, and load, we make each session appropriate for everyone—from elite high-school athletes to teens who simply want to stay active, healthy, and fit.

In keeping with traditional CrossFit, our 45-minute sessions are constantly varied, which helps reduce the risk of overuse injuries that often come with repetitive training routines and year-round sports.

Class Times, Ages and Fees

Our teens class is designed for students in grades 7–12. Classes meet Monday through Thursday at 3:15 PM. Pricing is listed on our Rates page.
