BootCamp

Our BootCamp program are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5am.

5am Boot Camp offers goal-based sessions; regular members are asked to set yearly specific objectives in the following categories: skill development, competitions/events, and overall fitness level. These objectives inform programing throughout the year. Bootcamp’s foundation is rooted in CrossFit and Olympic Lifting training principles to ensure that athletes achieve their goals.

You do not need to set goals to participate in Bootcamp. If the 5am time slot works for you, you are always welcome to join us for a great workout!
