How do I begin?

Always Forward CrossFit has the most experienced CrossFit trainers in Licking County.  We pride ourselves in providing individually scaled CrossFit workouts for people with any ability or limitation.  From the competitive athlete, to the de-conditioned couch potato we can give you the right dose of CrossFit for your current fitness and skill level.  

Email Traci at info@alwaysforwardcrossfit.com to sign up for our introduction to CrossFit, CrossFit 101.  Our introductory program takes place over four sessions during which you will become familiarized with the equipment, movements and workouts we use.  An emphasis is placed on safe and effective movement before intensity.  Sessions meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7pm; you can begin at any time.

How do I begin?

Always Forward CrossFit is dedicated to developing every client into an athlete capable of doing what they thought was impossible.  We stand true to the foundations of CrossFit and strive to provide a constantly varied stimulus of functional movements, intensively coached, in an atmosphere of other hard-working athletes.  Our clients are young and old, new to fitness and experienced athletes.  What we all have in common is a desire to move forward, humility, honesty, and a desire to work hard.

What can you expect?

No matter what your current training program is, you will increase your range of motion, become stronger, move faster, and increase your overall cardiovascular and work capacity.  You will also learn many new lifts and movements and over time will learn how to coach yourself.

The bottom line is that if you are consistent and work hard, you will transform into a new individual.  We have clients that will be happy to tell you their story.
