Row 500 meters (this controls the switching for the group)
Max reps of Front Squat during the time it takes your partner to row (You select your load, score is Load x Reps) EX: 200# x 10 reps = 2,000
Max distance Farmers Carry. Load is 2×53# for men and 2×35# for women and 2×25# for womens masters. 10 meter increments during the time it takes your partner to row (Score is measured in 10 meter increments, rounding down i.e. only complete increments count) EX: 4.5 trips = 40 meters

Team score = Team Squat Load x Team Farmers Carry Distance / Total Time in Seconds
