Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell swings, heavy
10 Box jumps, standard height
10 Ring dips

Then,
L-Sit practice, work to 1, 2 or 3 minutes of total combined L-Sit time.  Pick boxes or rings.
