Team of 4 is ideal, no less than 3 and no more than 5

Each team member takes a turn at max time dead hang
One team member is hanging the others are doing a single set of max reps squat
Squatters cannot stop to rest and start again.  There must be continuous motion; when movement stops the set ends.  If the team member hanging comes off the bar everyone must stop where they are and consider that a max reps set.  After each team member has performed a single set of max time dead hang the total of each max reps squat sets are added together for a score. 

This process continues for the following exercise pairings:
Handstand hold against the wall / Max rep Pushups
Plank hold / Pullups

Final score = Team Total Squats + Team Total Pushups + Team Total Pullups

*If teams have uneven numbers then all the scores are averaged
