Teams of two people make two lines facing each other 5 meters apart. One line runs parallel to the wall, the other line is parallel to the rig.
Four rounds for time:
25 Medball Partner Throws (only complete throws and catches count, the ball may not touch the ground)
Person A: 25 Wall Balls (Working at same time)
Person B: 25 Knees to elbows (Working at same time)
25 Alternating Burpees (person A does a burpee and then person B does a burpee) Whomever finishes first can do one burpee but can’t do another until partner completes one.
(After the second round is complete person A and B switch sides. Each person ends up doing 50 Wall balls, 50 Knees to elbows, 50 Medball throws and 50 burpees)
Medball weight is 20# for male teams, 14# for female teams or mens 55+ masters and 10# for women’s 55+ masters teams. Trainer makes teams and ultimately assigns Medball weight. Trainer can also accept knees to chest as a sub for knees to elbows in a case by case basis.
