WOD # 1
Bench Press 10×2 This is a speed day, pick a weight you can handle for 2 reps and try to rest no more than one minute between lifts. Think 70 – 80% of your 1 RM as a guideline for load.
WOD # 2
10×30 seconds of rowing intervals with 30 seconds of rest between, score is your lowest distance rowed in any of the 30 second intervals. This setting already exists under custom workouts on the C2 computer.
